How it works

You have spent a lot on this project already but you probably haven't had a team of seasoned professionals with proven links to capital review the project and present it to their selected partners.

€1000 (ex VAT) to review a project.

This will get you an independent verified bankability report and if we consider the project sale-able we present it to 5 potential funding partners / buyers.

The €1000 fee is standard for a 'simple’ project; solar, BESS, Solar plus BESS or wind / wind plus BESS with standard open market PPA upto 50MW. More complex, larger or hybrid projects, or projects looking to qualify for tenders, (CFD) auctions or other government / utility selected revenue models will be priced specifically. If one of our 5 funding partners or another funding partner later introduced by INTCE decides to proceed then 1.5% of the total buy price will be paid by the developer to INTCE (at the same milestones as accepted by the Seller).
